Solid timber bases and backs are mortise & tennoned together at a perfect ten degree pitch to create a comfortable and modest seat keeping the design honest and raw but also minimal.
The hand shaped legs truly set the mood for the stool as they pay tribute to Scandinavian design. A 50mm rounded corner has been added to the rail and leg to emphasise the importance of visible joinery techniques and the quality that you would expect to see from a custom furniture maker.
